Book Reimbursement Benefit

The UPS Metropolitan College program offers a book reimbursement benefit that will reimburse students up to $65 per course for required books and software. Metropolitan College requires students to use the online book reimbursement process as the only way to submit a request for reimbursement.

This process includes completing an online version of the book reimbursement form, faster responses to student questions and the ability to track the status of your account for multiple semesters.

Steps to Complete Book Reimbursement

To complete a book reimbursement, please follow these steps:

  1. Log on to your My MC Page during the submission date for each semester.
  2. Select "Book Reimbursement" on the right side of your My MC Page.
  3. Fill out the book reimbursement form online.
  4. Print the summary page.
  5. Drop off the summary page and your original receipts at a UPS drop box location.
    Copies will not be accepted.

Submission Dates

Book reimbursements can be submitted during the following dates:
  • Fall: 9/1 – 10/15
  • Spring: 2/1 – 3/15
  • Summer: 6/15 – 8/1
