The Metro College representative’s role is to aid employee retention through nightly communication, guidance and support. Representatives are available in each area during normal operational hours or can be contacted via pager for employment- and program-related questions. These representatives also can provide referrals to the Metropolitan College Student Development staff, who can counsel students regarding all academic, program and career services questions.
