UPS and Metropolitan College
The Metropolitan College / UPS program provides tuition benefit,
book reimbursement,
bonuses, and more to UPS employees working at the UPS overnight air operation
(3rd Shift, Next Day Air) in Louisville, KY who attend the University of Louisville or Jefferson
Community and Technical College.

- Apply for a job at UPS Next Day Air Operation in Louisville.
- Visit www.upsjobs.com [opens new window]
- Click on “Package Handler” (Located under the featured job section)
- Choose “By State” and select KY
- Scroll down to “Louisville Operations” and click “Package Handler – Part Time”
- Apply for admission at
Jefferson Community and Technical College or the University of Louisville.
The entrance requirements for each school are different.
To be eligible for Metropolitan College at UofL additional program requirements must be met.

completed any other requirements necessary to receive Metropolitan College benefits.
