The Metropolitan College / UPS program provides tuition benefit, book reimbursement, bonuses, and more to UPS employees working at the UPS overnight air operation (3rd Shift, Next Day Air) in Louisville, KY who attend the University of Louisville or Jefferson Community and Technical College.

How to Participate

  1. In order to become a participant in the Metropolitan College program, you must be hired by the UPS Next Day Air Operations to work nights. Please follow these steps:

    2. Select your location
    3. Select Job Search
    4. Enter 40213 as the zip code and Package Handler as the keyword
    5. Select Package Handler-Part Time
      Note: If “Package Handler” positions are not available for Louisville, KY, please check back periodically for updates. For any questions regarding the application process, call 502-359-1877.
  2. Apply for admission at Jefferson Community and Technical College or the University of Louisville. The entrance requirements for each school are different. To be eligible for Metropolitan College at UofL additional program requirements must be met.

  3. Consult the student checklist to make sure you’ve completed any other requirements necessary to receive Metropolitan College benefits.
